FamilyFest, PetFest, ArtFest, and Exhibitor Area will be held on Saturday, June 4th 2011, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Springfield Mall parking lot immediately following the Springfield 15K/5K Run/Walk. We are excited the Springfield 15K/5K Run/Walk will now be on the Saturday morning of the Springfield Days weekend. We have a great lineup of entertainment and activities on stage all afternoon.

Springfield Days is a community wide celebration that takes place the weekend after Memorial Day each year in the heart of Springfield, Virginia. It is 4 days of family fun and activities that runs from June 2 through June 5.

This is an ideal opportunity to make the Greater Springfield community aware of your business, product or service.

Exhibit cost for a commercial business is $175. (Two spaces can be reserved for $250).

Exhibit cost for Non-profit organizations, Government or Civic Associations is
$100 ($50 will refunded to your organization after the event.) A second space can be reserved for a non-refundable $50 fee.

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: If you reserve your space by April15th 2011:

Early Bird cost for a commercial business is $125.
(Two spaces can be reserved for $200)

Early Bird cost for Non-profit organizations: Government or Civic Associations is a $50 deposit which will refunded to your organization after the event. (A second space can be reserved for a non-refundable $50 fee)

The exhibit space is approx. 10’ x10’. As stated above multiple spaces may be reserved. There are limited tented spaces available, after they are reserved, exhibitors will be responsible to supply their own canopy/tent. Availability is on a first come, first served basis.
